Two years ago I ran my first marathon and it sparked something in me that lead to a passion for long distance running. I created this blog after my first ultra marathon (60 km) as I was so proud of the fact that I had finished it and didn’t want to forget about the experience. Since then I have been documenting the races I have taken part in.
The posts were intended for personal use to reflect on my races and areas I could improve upon, but as so many people ask about my running I thought I would share, and maybe even inspire other people to give long distance running a go.
I’m looking forward to developing this site as I continue to train and work towards some epic long term goals!
